  • Photos, videos, and other materials you supply to us for the purpose of creating a tribute
  • Basic usage data collected automatically (e.g. browser type, pages visited) via analytics tools
  • General activity from your visit (such as which pages you viewed), used only to measure our advertising where you’ve agreed to it — see “Cookies & Online Advertising” below

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to deliver the services you have requested, including:

  • Scheduling and conducting your consultation
  • Creating your personalised tribute video
  • Communicating with you about your order
  • Sending your completed files and physical keepsake

We do not sell or rent your personal information. The only marketing-related sharing we do is through the Meta advertising tool described under “Cookies & Online Advertising” below — and only where you’ve agreed to it, or, in places that allow it, where you haven’t opted out. We never share your photos, your tribute materials, health information, or anything about your loss for advertising.

Your Photos and Personal Materials

All photos, videos, and personal documents you share with us are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Your materials are used exclusively to produce your tribute and are permanently deleted from our systems upon delivery, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Communication is conducted via encrypted channels where possible.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to operate our business (e.g. email delivery, scheduling). These providers are only given the minimum information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy obligations.

Your Rights

Under Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:

Cookies & Online Advertising

Like most websites, we use cookies — small files saved in your browser — to keep things working smoothly and to see how the site is used. We also use a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to understand whether our advertising is reaching the families who need us.

We also record anonymous information about items added to your cart and whether a cart led to a booking, to understand how our service is used. This measurement is first-party, uses a random identifier (no name, email, or other personal details), and runs only where you have allowed analytics cookies (and never where Global Privacy Control is enabled). You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

What this means

When it’s active, this tool notes general activity — such as which pages you visited — and shares it with Meta so we can see how our ads are doing. Meta is based in the United States, so that information is handled there. We never share your photos, your tribute materials, or anything about your loss.

You’re in control

  • In Europe and the UK, nothing is shared until you choose “Accept” on our cookie notice.
  • In Australia, the United States and elsewhere, it’s on by default and you can turn it off whenever you like.
  • Change your choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page, your browser settings, or your Meta ad preferences.
