Contact us through the booking form or by phone. We'll confirm availability and get you set up within the hour. No lengthy intake process — we know time is short.
Send us your photos
Upload your photos through our secure link — phone photos, scanned prints, anything you have. You can also share a few notes about your loved one: their personality, what they loved, music they enjoyed. The more you share, the more personal the result.
We build the tribute
Our team brings each photograph to life with cinematic animation and selects music suited to the tone you want. Every video is individually reviewed — we don't run anything through a template and send it out. This is built around one person.
Review & revise
We send you a preview before finalising. If something needs adjusting — the music, the pacing, the order of photos — we'll take care of it. We want you to feel right about it before it's delivered.
Delivered digitally & on USB
You receive the finished video as a high-quality digital file for the service — ready to play immediately. A physical USB keepsake is also sent to you, engraved with your loved one's name, as something to hold onto long after the service ends.

Common questions
What kind of photos do you need?
Any photos work — phone photos, scanned prints, old film photographs. The quality of the animation doesn't depend on having professional images. If you're unsure whether what you have is usable, just send it.
How many photos should I send?
We recommend 20–50 photos for a 3–5 minute tribute. More is always fine. If you have fewer, we can still work with what you have — just let us know when you get in touch.
Can I choose the music?
Yes. You can tell us the specific song, an artist, a genre, or simply describe the mood — and we'll match it. If you're not sure, we'll make a selection based on what you tell us about your loved one.
What format is the digital delivery?
You'll receive a high-resolution MP4 file, ready to play on a laptop, TV, or projector. We can advise on playback if you need help at the venue.
How does the USB keepsake work?
The USB is a physical drive pre-loaded with the finished video. It's sent by post after the service. For rush orders, the digital file arrives first so you have it in time — the USB follows after.
What if I want changes after seeing the preview?
We include one revision round with every package. Tell us what you'd like adjusted and we'll turn it around promptly.
